My first blog site.
Yea...I know, I know. It's about time. Guys in the IT industry like me should've had a blog years ago. Well, all I can say is, I've been doing my hair. {-o)
Actually, no. After grokking a while on why I haven't setup any technical or personal blogs yet, I was able to come up with a couple reasons:

I very much enjoy reading other people's blogs (see my Blog-roll for more detail into my absolute fav's). Therefore I don't usually have anything original to state from a technical standpoint.

I've just not taken the time to prioritize having a blog. I have my own library of "notes", per-se. But I've not taken the time to get the notes out on the web. Quite frankly, I may very well be the only one in the world who cares that much about those notes. So, I've kinda had my own "vapor-blog" all along! It just wasn't exposed to the world.
So there you have it. And now that I'm up and running, I'll continue to write on my experiences and what I continue to find as I dig deeper and deeper into the endless realm that is architecting and programming with .NET, SQL Server, et. al.
Since so many great folks out there have blogs (see my links for some) that have helped me tremendously and have contributed greatly to my success, maybe, just maybe, this blog will help someone out there as well. As always, I attempt to return the favor whenever possible. Since being a programmer means I'm a part of a global community that has countless numbers of people always willing to help, maybe someone will stumble upon (no pun intended) this blog and find a gold nugget that'll get them over the developmental hump.
